Hey there! Thanks for stopping by this blog; my creative outlet. I am a software engineer by profession but would rather spend my time sewing, taking photos, or creating pretty things. My aspiration is one day to start my own business with what I love to do most. I spend most of my days working, cooking, and spending time with my amazing husband. I spend the rest of my time in my crafts room, learning and creating. My intent is to share in that journey; hope you will join me for the ride.
A little about me:
* I still dream of traveling in space.
* I wish I exercised more.
* I wish cooking good food took less time.
* Everyday I am amazed how much I’m loved by my wonderful husband.
* Purple and green are the best colors invented by God.
* India, with its good and bad traits, is an awesome country.
* If I wasn’t a software engineer I would have been a heart surgeon.
* Friends who know me, know I am crazy.
* I would be nothing without the Lord’s grace and blessing.
* I believe in 50/50, fairness, and justice for all.
* If I wasn’t human, I’d be a (Bengal) tiger.
* Indian clothes are way more comfortable than shirts and pants (only exception, sweatpants are equal in comfort but not as pretty).
* My passion for photos annoys my husband, especially when I try to take pictures of him. 
* There is nothing that chocolate can’t cure.
* Tiramisu is heavenly, especially when eaten with your best friend.
* Romantic movies require a girlfriend and possibly a box of tissues.
* I aspire to learn how to read and write Hindi.
* When shopping, I have to make an effort to avoid the shoes and purses section.
* I enjoy writing; especially on paper. I love seeing the ink seep into the paper.
* I’m very particular about my pens and pencils.
* Aside from Indian cuisine, Thai is my favorite.
* I wish to travel more; I’ve been to only 3 countries (including Canada).
* I love the rush that comes before going on a trip
* I’ve been on twenty roundtrip plane trips.
* I love to sleep so much, on my 23rd birthday my parents gifted me a pillow and called my sleeping beauty.
